Summary

The Work under this Project consists of the renovations of the Norfolk Utilities Meter Shop. Work includes removal of a concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall to increase the meter shop size, insulation, concrete recoating, electrical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) modifications. Purchase and installation of a new water meter test bench is also included in this scope of work.
