The Commissioner’s Office of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to be a strategic partner in designing and implementing public relations and marketing plans.

This RFP is a replacement for the cancelled RFP 250000001. Offerors that submitted proposals to that RFP must submit new proposals under this RFP. While similar the solicitations are different and require careful review of the new requirements is essential.
