Montgomery County Department of Assets and Infrastructure for Parking Facility Improvements

Project Description: Montgomery County Department of A&I is seeking qualified contractors to perform acts of repair and restoration at the Main Street, Cherry Street, and One Montgomery Plaza parking facilities along Main Street in Norristown, PA. After a thorough structural investigation of each facility, engineers have identified areas with a variety of repair and replacement needs. Work includes but is not limited to, concrete repairs (partial and full depth precast repair, tee and column repair, bearing pad replacement, curb repairs, crack injections, and grout and post pocket repairs), thermal and moisture protection (expansion joint replacement, sealant replacement, and traffic coating repairs), as well as line striping and concrete repairs on the façade.
