This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The project consists of the removal and replacement of HVAC rooftop unit, two makeup air units, and multiple exhaust fans serving the kitchen and dining room. A boiler serving hydronic hot water to the kitchen rooftop unit and laundry space shall be replaced with two natural gas condensing boilers. VAVs shall be provided and ductwork modified in the ceiling cavity above dining room. Remove and replace ceilings and grid as required for duct modifications. Modify existing electrical circuits and breakers to accommodate new equipment. All work will be performed inside the facility perimeter Security fence.
