Project Description: Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is employing a community-centered approach to delivering services and is seeking a skilled consultant to provide strategic, tactical and logistical support to understand customer needs strategically assisting with development of SPU’s Strategic Business Plan and related initiatives, communications and media relations support, and build partnerships and conduct strategic engagement support. This work supports advancement of SPU corporate priorities, major initiatives and mission objectives in SPU's 2025-30 Strategic Business Plan and may also assist in developing SPU's next (2028-33) Strategic Business Plan. The estimated contract total is $600,000.00.
