Bulletin Desc:

The Town of Yarmouth is seeking written quotes for the 400 Center Street Dock and Access Repairs Project in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, 39M. The work includes removal and reinstallation of a security gate, repair of the outer walkway, removal and replacement of offshore pilings, reinstallation of dock brackets, and repair of structural components. All materials shall be pressure-treated lumber and galvanized or stainless steel hardware.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the dock and access repairs at 400 Center Street, Yarmouth Port, MA, as described in the RFQ. The Contractor is responsible for verifying all existing conditions and measurements during the required site visit. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards. This RFQ will be posted on the Town of Yarmouth website under the Doing Business / View Bids & RFPs section.
