The City of Eugene is looking for a contractor to install a Shand and Jurs flare that will be dedicated to the off-spec gas system of the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) plant at the wastewater treatment facility located at 410 River Ave, Eugene, OR 97404. This project will include installing an owner supplied Shand and Jurs flare and control system and an owner supplied Harris Thermal stainless-steel tank. These will need to be integrated into the off-spec gas piping that currently directs the gas to the existing gas flares that serve the anaerobic digesters and the RNG concurrently. The purpose of this project is to provide an off-spec gas flare that will be dedicated to the RNG and return the two existing flares to solely serve the anaerobic digesters.
