Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply. Bid Deposit: 5% Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: August 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Meet at Cummings Park pavilion, which is located south of the marina (park address is 426 Shippan Ave.) Project Manager: Susan Kisken, Coordinator of Inspection & Plan Review All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
