Project Description: The Main St and Story Ave Intersection Rebuild project includes asphalt paving, sidewalk, and traffic signal work at the intersection of E Main St, Story Ave, and Baxter Ave. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Bidder is required to furnish a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal established for this contract is six percent (5%) of the total value of the contract. The Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 at 11:00 AM at 444 S 5th St Room 101.
