Pierce County is seeking proposals from organizations to provide Digital Literacy and Digital Equity services and supports to eligible Pierce County residents. The funding for this appropriation is federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, for which the successful proposer shall be a subrecipient of federal funds. Proposers must have an "Active" Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) issued from SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.
For this procurement, the County estimates a total of $500,000.00 will be available through December 31, 2025.
Note: No Capital Projects are being funded through this RFP.
