Tanacross Sewer System Improvements Project

Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Phase 1 - Lift Station work, and the first 10 LF of the force main.
Phase 2 - Construction of the septic system, force main, and abandoning of the existing septic system and force main.
Phase 3 – Additive Alternate: Sewer Main and Manhole Repairs.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with gasketed joint sanitary sewer pipe installation, sewer manhole structures, performance of wastewater bypass pumping, fusion of HDPE pipe for pressurized conveyance and general civil utility excavations, earthwork, and camera inspection of buried gravity sewer main.
Estimated Cost Range: Owner anticipates that the Work’s total bid price will be approximately $1,200,000 – $1,400,000.
Anticipated Schedule: The Project has an expected substantial completion date of November 16, 2026 and final completion date of November 30, 2026.
Award Statement: Award will be based on the total of the Base Bid and Additive Alternates, dependent on available funding.
