PW 26-03 PAVEMENT MARKING PROJECT
General Notice
Clear Creek County, Colorado (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following
Project:
PW 26-03 Pavement Marking Project
All Bids for the construction of the Project will be received until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday,
June 23, 2026 by means of a PDF copy uploaded to the Prospective Bidder Submittal Folder
assigned by the County to each registered prospective Bidder.
Bids received by the submittal deadline will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 PM local time
via Zoom. A Zoom link can be found in the Bidding Documents.
The Project includes the following Work:
Repainting centerline stripes, edge line stripes, stop bars, turn lane lines, and turn arrows on
approximately 24 miles of roadway throughout the County.
Bids are requested for the following Contract:

Prospective Bidders must register as a plan holder via email to receive a link to the Prospective
Bidder Submittal Folder along with invitations to meetings and bid opening:

Prospective Bidders are urged to sign up to receive a text message or email when new Bidding
Documents are periodically uploaded to the designated website such as addenda, reports, and

All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the
designated website and the Prospective Bidder Submittal Folder. Neither Owner nor Engineer
will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources
other than the designated website or Prospective Bidder Submittal Folder.

PW 26-03 PAVEMENT MARKING PROJECT
INTRODUCTION
Notice is hereby given that the Clear Creek County Public Works Division – Road & Bridge Department is
requesting bids for the PW 26-03 Pavement Marking Project which includes repainting centerline
stripes, edge line stripes, stop bars, turn lane lines, and turn arrows on approximately 24 miles of
roadway throughout the County. Locations and brief descriptions of the work are summarized below.
County Roads – Approx. 24 miles
1. Alvarado Road (Georgetown city limit to County Rd. 308)
a. Repaint 20,381 LF of double yellow center line and 40,762 LF of white edge line.
b. Repaint 4 stop bars
c. Repaint 1 left turn arrow
d. Repaint 20 LF of 8-inch white turn lane line
2. Stanley Road (W. Dumont Rd.to I70 east bound off ramp)
a. Repaint 21,120 LF of double yellow center line and 42,240 LF of white edge line.
b. Repaint 2 stop bars.
3. Fall River Road (I70 frontage road to end of pavement)
a. Repaint 49,579 LF of double yellow center line and 99,158 LF of white edge line.
b. Repaint 1 stop bar
4. Jones Pass Road (CO State Highway 40 to Henderson Mine)
a. Repaint 9,913 LF of double yellow center line and 19,826 LF white edge line.
b. Repaint 1 stop bar
5. Sinton Road (Colorado 103 to end of pavement)
a. Repaint 6,864 LF of double yellow center line.
6. Witter Gulch Road (Colorado 103 to Snyder Mountain Road)
a. Repaint 4,000 LF of double yellow center line and 8,000 LF of white edge line.
b. Repaint 1 stop bar
7. Yankee Creek Road (Upper Bear Creek Road to Willow Creek Road)
a. Repaint 7,392 LF of double yellow center line.
8. Beaver Brook Canyon Road (Homestead Rd. to end of Pavement)
a. Repaint 5280 LF of double yellow center line and 10,560 LF of White edge line.
9. Hyland Drive (Homestead Rd. to Ponderosa Dr.)
a. Repaint 2640 LF of double yellow center line.

BID SUBMITTAL INFORMATION
All Work shall be constructed in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents
provided herein. All bids shall be made on bid forms furnished in the bidding documents and must be
received by 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 by means of a PDF copy uploaded to the
Prospective Bidder Submittal Folder assigned by the County to each registered prospective Bidder.
Prospective Bidders must register as a plan holder via email to receive a link to the Prospective Bidder
Submittal Folder along with invitations to meetings and bid opening:

Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security, in the form of a bid bond in the amount equal to five
percent (5%) of the total amount of the Base Bid made payable to the County as security that, if awarded
a contract by the County, the Bidder will enter into a contract at the prices bid and furnish the required
performance and payment bonds and certificates of insurance. The bid bond may be forfeited, and the
proceeds retained as penalty if the Bidder fails to execute a contract or file acceptable performance and
payment bonds or provide an acceptable certificate of insurance as provided in the specifications. No
bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety (90) days after the date set for opening bids.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive
informalities that may be in the best interests of the County.
