1.7.25 - OMH posting of C202528 Trash & Recycling for Rockland PC, Rockland CPC, and Nathan Kline Institute

The Office of Mental Health is requesting bids for Trash & Recycling Services. The Contractor will be responsible for picking up, transporting and dumping the waste in a location to be determined by the Contractor.

Additional details about services to be provided can be found in the Contract Boilerplate under the Appendix D - Program Work Plan. Interested vendors should review both the Contract Boilerplate and IFB Document. Included with these bid documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format. The spreadsheet automatically calculates totals and should be used as well to submit your bid.

There is an Optional Site Visit scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 11a.

Questions from bidders are to be submitted per the instructions in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) no later than Tuesday, January 21 by 3p ET. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to the bidders list by Tuesday, January28, as well as posted to this ad.

Bids are due no later than Tuesday, February 4, 2025 by 3p ET

Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this solicitation have been set at the following: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%.

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) goals have been set for 6%.

New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates DO apply to this solicitation.
