RTU Replacement - Community Room / Police Department RTU #2

You are invited to submit your Bid for Community Room/POLICE DEPARTMENT RTU #2 REPLACEMENT for the Village of River Forest. Project location: 400 Park Avenue, River Forest, Illinois 60305. The purpose of this project is to replace 1 rooftop air conditioning unit and related equipment on the roof of the building. Bids will be received at the Village Hall, 400 Park Avenue, no later than 11:00 A.M. on February 17, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read by the Director of Public Works or his representative at 11:00 A.M. at the same location. Late, or mis-directed bids will not be considered.
