2025-2030 Consolidated Plan Consulting Services
The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from professional consultants to complete the City’s 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan and the one-year 2025 Action Plan for its community planning and development activities. The scope of services includes: developing a Needs Assessment and Market Analysis outlining levels of need in the areas of affordable housing, homelessness, special needs services, and community development. The RFP package will be available on Sept. 23, 2024 at bidnet direct. Proposals will be due and opened electronically on Oct. 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct.
