PROJECT: FY26 WAYFINDING SIGNAGE (2025PW0054)
The City of Springfield Wayfinding Signage Program is a citywide effort to enhance navigation, connectivity, and
the visual identity of key corridors, and downtown destinations. The project involves removing and replacing
existing wayfinding signs and posts and installing new signage assemblies at designated locations throughout the
city. The City of Springfield will furnish all signage, poles, mounting hardware, and related materials. The
contractor will be responsible for complete installation, including removal and disposal of old materials, signage
assembly, pole foundations, alignment, concrete placement, and final restoration of disturbed areas. Construction
shall meet City of Springfield Technical Specifications and all applicable standards for signage placement.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference is scheduled for December 3, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (CST). The pre-bid
conference shall be conducted via videoconference. To participate email the Buyer, Morgan Blankenship,

participate.
BIDS MUST BE UPLOADED INTO THE DEMANDSTAR E-BIDDING SYSTEM (SOON TO BE EUNA OPENBIDS) PRIOR TO
10:00 A.M. (CST) ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2025.
All wages paid for public works construction projects valued at more than $75,000.00 under this Contract shall
comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri, Secs 290.210 and 290.230 et seq.,
RSMo., as amended by the Division of Labor Standards, State of Missouri, and regulations promulgated by the
Division of Labor or applicable Federal Davis-Bacon.
The City is committed to providing opportunities to DBE, MBE, and WBE prime, general and subcontractors and
encourages such business enterprises to submit responses.
