Description: SUNY College of Technology at Alfred (Alfred State College) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000for Telemental Health Program Services. Alfred State College is seeking proposals for Academic Year 2025-26 from vendor(s) who can provide Clinical Services (150 Psychiatry sessions) and Self-Care Content with licenses for a minimum of 3,200 students. We seek to have this agreement in place from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Questions related to this procurement are due to sortortr@alfredstate.edu by June 11 at 12:00pm. Responses will be provided no later than Monday, June 16. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above product, you must submit electronically via email to the designated Campus contact in this advertisement. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law (“SFL”) §§139 –j & –k, also known as the Lobbying Law, therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed below. Contacting any other individuals in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of SFL. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS SFL §§139 –j & –k and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a.
