Project Description: The Borough of Birdsboro will receive sealed bids online for the replacement of the steel roof of the main portion of the Borough garage as delineated in the specifications and plans. Online sealed bids are to be submitted via the PennBid Program before February 12, 2026 at 10:00AM at which time they will be opened and read aloud. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Borough Garage located on Armorcast Road, Birdsboro, PA.
