Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:
Jackson Elementary School Systems & Compliance Project
SCOPE OF WORK:
Five (5) Dedicated Outside Air Systems replacement with new curbs and full HVAC controls campus wide. Replacing fire sprinkler valves. Replacement of new built-up roof system with 20-year warranty as specified. Replacement of corridor flooring finishes. New playground fencing and marquee sign
The estimated budget and Location:
Estimated Budget - $3,055,000, $165,000 Owner’s Contingency, $280,000 Lighting Control Allowance and $25,000 Damaged Roof Deck Allowance
