The City of Laguna Hills is requesting proposals from interested, highly-qualified consulting firms to update and conduct a comprehensive compensation and limited classification study for all regular, full-time management, non-management, and confidential positions within the City. The overall study objective is to ensure that the City is providing reasonable, fair, and competitive compensation to its employees. A request for proposal that includes guidelines for completion is attached.
