1A GOVERNMENT ANSWER: Plans are always strongly encouraged. The Gov't has some plans available. When it comes to permits, the gov't is not required to obtain permits for work performed on federal installations.





2. QUESTION: (A)Who is supposed to provide the actual Edwards/GE EST QuickStart QS4 fire alarm control panel and Honeywell Fire-lite MS-5UD Alarm fire alarm control unit? (B)The government agency or the contractor?



2A GOVERNMENT ANSWER: 2A and B. As stated in the SOW the contractor is required to furnish all materials and labor.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
