Wisconsin has a requirement for a new IDIQ - Asphalt IDIQ FY23-26.

Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million.

Solicitation W911SA23B2006 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS).

It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract.

This solicitation will be Full and Open Competition

Project magnitude is more than $10,000,000.

The anticipated period of performance will be 13 March 2023 through 12 March 2024 as a base year, with two (2) twelve (12) month option years.
