Amendment #1 - Correct The Business Set-Aside

This is a Small Business set aside.

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for services to be provided in accordance with the attached performance work statement.

The Government intends to award a single contract as a result of this RFP to the offeror that can fulfill all requirements of this RFP and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses that are for less than the full requirements will be rejected and will not be evaluated. The anticipated NAICS code(s) is/are: 484220, Specialized Freight (except Used Goods) Trucking, Local size standards $27.5 M.

Attached are all related documents for this RFP. Please ensure that you have read the attached documents, to include specific response submission instructions that are included in this RFP, and then submit your response by the date and time indicated above.

Technical questions must be submitted via email no later than 14 December 2022 by 3:00 p.m.. Eastern Standard Time to: usarmy.benning.acc-micc.mbx.micc-proposals@army.mil. If government responses to technical questions affect the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, a follow-on Amendment to the RFP will be issued.
