The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District requires a Contractor to furnish and install three (3) precast, single-access ABA compliant vault restrooms each with concrete privacy/entrance screen. See attached Request for Quote RFQ with Statement of Work for full details. One (1) vault toilet shall be located at each of the following USACE Lac Qui Parle (LQP) Day Use Areas:

• LQP Dam, northwest of Watson, MN


• Marsh Lake, southwest of Appleton, MN


• Highway 75 Dam, southeast of Odessa, MN

This RFQ is 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses.

The NAICS for this project is 238120 Structural Steel & Precast Concrete Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M.

The estimated magnitude of contruction is between $25,000 and $100,000.

Payment and Performance Bonds will be requried.
