Communications, Outreach, Multimedia, Information, Technology (COMIT) Contract

This justification provides the rationale for contracting by other than full and open

competition to award an extension through September 30, 2023, to the COMIT contract,

NNJ16JA52B, with MORI Associates, Inc., for Information Technology (IT), information

management, communications, and multimedia services at NASA JSC, its associated site and

facilities, NASA Headquarters, and other NASA Centers. The current period of performance

for COMIT is May 1, 2016, through March 31, 2023. This extension would serve as a bridge

to allow for continuous services on the COMIT contract until IT services and

communications services can be transitioned to Agency-wide contracts as described in

paragraph 3 below.
