The scope of this requirement requires expertise with portable cranes and rigging, concrete hydro-demolition, stainless steel material welding and fabrication and anchor installation. The work includes removal of an existing steel conduit liner plate, removal of the existing concrete by method of hydro-demolition, placing new concrete, installing epoxy anchors into the concrete, installing a new stainless steel liner plate and welding the plate in place in a confined space
