Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to release a solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of 133 sets of SOTAS M2 vehicle intercom systems, wiring harnesses and ancillary communication equipment for the M1A2S Abrams tank with an option for an additional 20 sets of SOTAS M2 intercom systems. The requirement is sole source to Thales Nederland B.V. (Netherlands) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is in support of the SWORD program for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and will be funded using Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funds.
