The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions that were submitted, on January 6,
2023, update lease document GSA Template Rev (10/22), and RLP.
Q: Please confirm section 5.02 Swing Space does not apply to this solicitation or provide
required details for us to understand.
A: Correct, 5.02 Swing Space does not apply to this solicitation. Intentionally deleted section 5.02 in RLP; and section 7.06 from Lease Template.
Q: Please confirm because of the size of space requested as part of this solicitation, both LEED
and Green Globes will not be required.
A: Intentionally Deleted section 3.06 (S) and (T) in RLP; and deleted section 3.49 LEED in Lease Template.
Q: Please provide janitorial requirements. Section 6.07 of the RLP references the ASR but no
specifications are within.
A: Added Exhibit O - Janitorial Requirements attachment to RLP
