This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 15B41823Q00000010 and is issued as a Request For Quote unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation is for the requirements of: PASSOVER Food Items. This solicitation is restricted, FOB Destination, and delivery shall be completed 30 Days -Required Number of calendar days after receipt of order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311999 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bid Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 4700 Bureau Rd. South Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered.

By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
