The Contractor shall provide Military Personnel Division support services including Defense Eligibility Enrollment System/Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (DEERS/RAPIDS), Transition Center, Retirement Services, and Soldier Readiness Processing support for Soldiers, Family Members, DoD Civilians, Contractors, and Retirees assigned to or supported by Fort Knox to the U.S. Army Garrison, Human Resources Directorate, Military Personnel Division on Fort Knox, KY. This includes all soldiers assigned to U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) and U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) that are geographically

dispersed. All services will be performed on Fort Knox, KY.

The SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals issued a final decision SBA No. NAICS-6237 on 15 August 2023 affirming NAICS code selection of 561110, Office Administrative Services. Final decision is attached.

Solictation Amendment updates the Question submission date to 12 September 2023, the proposal submission date to 3 October 2023, the period of performance for all CLINs, and incorporates the most recent SCA Wage Determination. Vendors are reminded to submit signed copies of the original solicitation and all amendments with their proposals.
