The National Guard - Rhode Island requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following:
LowCam VI110PM Portable Under Vehicle Inspection System or equal;
-Must include inspsection ramp with a load capacity of 40,000lbs axle pressure
-Inspection ramp must contain minimum of 4 (four)integrated automatic LPR cameras with a minimum of 1.3 megapixel resolution
-Must provide a PC control unit with a minimum of a 19 inch monitor
-Must provide single-image inspection software with automatic LPR feature
-Minimum cable length of 50 feet with mil-spec connectors
-To aid in transportability transport cases must be provided for ease in transport
-Shipping must be incorporated into line item 0001 cost, 1, EA;
200 foot cable extension with mil-spec connectors for VI110PM or equal, 1, EA;
Surface mount kit for VI110PM or equal; to include anchor bolts and anchors., 1, EA;
Power Inventor kit for VI110PM or equal; to include 12V input/110V output, battery clamps, vehicle auxiliary outlet connector., 1, EA;

Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.
