Security Camera System with Installation for NOAA/OLE Miami Field Office

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for a Security Camera System with installation delivered in accordance with the Request for Quote and the Statement of Work, at the Southeast Division, Miami Field Office, Sunrise, FL 33351.

The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective March 16, 2023.

The following information shall be included in your quote:

-Business Name

-Point of Contact name, email address, phone number

-SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)

-Price of camera system to include all hardware and mounting components.

-Delivery lead time after receipt of order

-Product Country of Origin

-Technical specifications for quoted equipment. Quotes for prohibited equipment will be considered non-responsive; in particular see Links for FAR 4.21 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.

-Between 3-5 references for the same or similar work to include reference name and phone number, and work performed within the last two years.

-Capabilities statement, limited to no more than 2 pages, briefly describing experience in providing this supply/service.

If your SAM.gov Reps & Certs are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation, and require no changes applicable to this specific requirement only, then you do not need to include 52.212-3 in your quote.

The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR Part 12 and in accordance with FAR Part 13 via the Sam.Gov website http:/sam.gov. The solicitation number is 1333LF23QNFFK0023. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued.

The anticipated award date is on or about April 18, 2023. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under (FAR Part 12 (Commercial Acquisition) and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
