REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide Tissue-Tek Cryo3 Flex Cryostats for the new Micrographic Surgery (MOHS) section. Tissue-Tek Cryo3 Flex Cryostats instruments will aid the Mohs histopathology technicians and micrographic surgeons in the diagnostic process. The Contractor shall provide, transport, install, and test all listed equipment. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, equipment, facilities, and services required for delivery and installation of the supplies and equipment. for the Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System, 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.Â
