Description

1. This is a Sources Sought Notice only and not a formal Request for Quote (RFQ). The USPFO for Washington intends to issue an RFQ and is conducting preliminary Market Research to determine an available pool of Small Business vendors who can provide Technical Support for the Setup/Installation and Programming of the Lock System Computer, Lock Encoding Equipment, Build Lock Database, Programming of Vanderbilt/Schlage AD-250 Campus Locks, and User/Facility Manager Training at the Washington Army National Guard (WAARNG) barracks on the Yakima Training Center (YTC), Yakima, Washington. The vendor must be a certified Vanderbilt/Schlage Lock Technician to perform Technical Support on AD-250 Campus Lock system manufactured by Vanderbilt/Schlage. This will be a firm fixed price solicitation to a SMALL BUISNESS HUBZONE ONLY.



2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code used for industry classification is 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. All interested parties must be registered in SAM.gov. Information submitted by interested parties that is received in response to this Sources Sought notice will be analyzed to determine method of solicitation and type contract.



3. Parties interested in providing these services should respond with a capabilities statement identifying your ability to meet this requirement and include Unique Entity ID (UEI), DUNS and Cage Code, business size/status. All responses should be submitted via email to Saul Resendez at saul.resendez.civ@army.mil no later than 3:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on 13 December 2022.
