Carrier Chiller Trainer

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Carrier Chiller Trainers at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The Carrier Chiller Trainers will be used for a student training course here at Sheppard AFB; Advanced Cooling and Refrigeration Course. See Attachment 2 - Chiller Specs for commodity items sought in this solicitation. The quantity for each of these items will be 2. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The applicable NAICS code is 333415, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for Small Business concerns.

The solicitation number is # FA302022Q0028 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached "Attachment 1 - Carrier Chiller Trainer COMBO" for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitiation, FA302022Q0028, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. All quotes must be valid through 30 Sept, 2022.
