This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The request for quote (RFQ) number is N0018923Q0611. The Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price contract as a 100% small business set-aside, under the authority of FAR 13.003(b)(1). The NAICS code is 711130 and the Small Business Size Standard is 15 (million). The proposed contract action is to procure Catholic Musician Support Services for the First Landing Chapel Religious Programs. A detailed description of the requirement is provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance:

BASE YEAR: 01 OCTOBER 2023 – 30 SEPTEMBER 2024

OPTION YEAR 1: 01 OCTOBER 2024 – 30 SEPTEMBER 2025

OPTION YEAR 2: 01 OCTOBER 2025 – 30 SEPTEMBER 2026

OPTION YEAR 3: 01 OCTOBER 2026 – 30 SEPTEMBER 2027

OPTION YEAR 4: 01 OCTOBER 2027 – 30 SEPTEMBER 2028

FAR 52.217-8 6-month extension: 01 OCTOBER 2028 – 31 MARCH 2029
