AN/ALM-289 Enhanced Maintenance Test Set (EMTS) Test Program Set (TPS) Maintenance Supporting the ALQ-172 Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) System
CAUTION:
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, experience and required technical data to provide maintenance and sustainment of the AN/ALM-289 EMTS TPS software and associated test components. The level of security clearance is up to the classified level and no amount of foreign participation in this requirement is required. There is no AMC/AMSC or RMC/RMSC code needed. The NAICS code is 541511. The Government does not own or have access to the complete data set required to fulfill this requirement. The Government has determined that this system is not a commercial item or requirement. Commercial item descriptions, commercial vendor catalog or price lists or commercial manuals assigned a technical manual number do not apply.
The contractor shall furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this effort. The contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all support equipment required at their facility or a subcontractor’s facility. Contractor furnished material or parts used for replacement shall equal or exceed the quality of the original material or parts.
The sole source contractor for the previous contract (FA8522-18-C-0001) to this follow-on effort is L3Harris.
