Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - (NSWC IHD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis with BAE Systems land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Louisville, KY 40124-2683. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship MK38 Conversion Kits as specified in Statement of Work (SOW) 23-XXXX-0001-XX.

BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required period.
