Please note this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before award.

This announcement is a Design-Bid-Build, competitive Small Business set aside, firm-fixed price, SATOC for construction services at Piney Woods South Region, TX.

The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about June 2023, and proposals due on or about July 2023.

Project Scope:

The scope of this acquisition includes minor construction projects at Piney Wood South Region, Texas (which includes Sam Rayburn Reservoir and Town Bluff Lake) This would include a wide variety of repair and minor construction services, such as:

• Carpentry

• Painting

• Paving


• Road Maintenance


• Fencing


• Electrical


• Sign Maintenance and Installation

Ordering period will be a one-year base and four 12-month option periods. Orders placed under this IDIQ will range from $15,000 to $5,000,000.00.

To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.
