HVAC Unit Bldg 54-163 Pine Bluff Arsenal

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation

W52P1J-22-Q-3067 for an HVAC Unit manufactured by Trane Technology Inc to be delivered to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the HVAC Requirements, and specifications contained in this solicitation.

Contract award will be issued in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The applicable NAICS code is 333415; the small business size standard is 1,250 employees; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 4120.

The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price award (FFP) to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements.

Vendor will deliver the HVAC unit required under this solicitation via FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, postal address: 10020 Kabrich Circle, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71602-9500.

Vendor shall deliver complete system within 45 days of date of award.
