The Government anticipates the SABER will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with an anticipated ordering period of 5 years. The work will consist of multiple disciplines in construction such as maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property, with very limited design on facilities supported by Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah. This Request for Information (RFI) is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The RFI is to determine potential sources, for information, and for planning purposes only. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist. The government anticipates that this will be a competitive 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is (236220) Commercial and Institutional Building Construction which has a corresponding Size Standard of $36.5M.

For those attendees that already have base access, you may proceed through any of the gates on base, but the South Gate is the most convenient. You can follow the attached directions from either the West or South Gate.
For those attendees that do not have base access, but provided driver’s license information, you will need to proceed to either the West or South Gate Visitor Center. The visitor centers will have your information ready and will provide you temporary access. Once you have access you can proceed through any of the gates for the remainder of the industry day. As stated above, the South Gate is the most convenient. There will be a lot of attendees at the visitors center, so we recommend arriving there 30-45 min early to allow enough time.
The industry day will be held in building 441 (Base Theater). The north side of the building is the designated parking lot and we recommend parking there to access the building. Please do not use the parking on the south side as this is reserved for the base library. You will enter the building through the doors on the southwest side of the building.
