This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03, 26 May 2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214 with a small business size standard of $9M. This requirement is small business set aside and only qualified contractors may submit quotations.

Contractor will provide facilities and services to conduct our Annual Child and Youth Symposium Camp on Jun 2 – 12, 2023 in support of the Hawaii National Guard’s Child and Youth Program. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to facilitate the symposium camp which include providing meals, lodging, and facilitate activities for approximately 36 participants and staff adult members for the Annual Youth Symposium on 2-9 Jun 2023, and approximately 48 participants and staff adult members for the Annual Child Symposium on 9-12 Jun 2023. Contractor will also provide certified lifeguard for all swimming activities, and certified staff to execute the high ropes course. See the attached Performance Work Statement for more details of the requirement. A camp facility is ideal with close proximity to the beach and pool to facilitate our ocean and pool safety training.
