Place of performance is Luke AFB, AZ Description of contract effort: The Contractor shall provide professional guidance, troubleshooting, modifications, production, and solutions on all education and training matters such as, but not limited to, training policies and philosophies, training strategies, instructional system design (ISD) practices, test and measurement, instructional product development, technology in education and training, ATA/ATD development and acquisition, and training program administration and management.
