2/3: More questions posed. The solicitatiion due date will not be extended due to these questions.

7. Question - It would be my understanding that the NRTL certification would be required and the "OSHA Certification Report" (A002) CDRL would need to be omitted from the list. The NRTL covers the OSHA requirements of the project; OSHA subparts "O" paragraph 1910.212 and Subpart "S" paragraph 1910.303 & 1910.399.

Answer - The NRTL Certification is still required and a certification label placed on the machine per PWS section 5.13. The NRTL CDRL for the report was removed so, the NRTL report is not required. The contractor can still supply the NRTL report if they choose. The NRTL report can be submitted to meet the CDRL report required for the OSHA certification. The contractor can choose to submit another OSHA inspection report if they choose.

8. Question - ...the RFQ has not been updated to match the CRDL package Rev1 on page 3 of 36 of the RFQ.

Answer - .The entire package will not be revised. The notice in the Description and the updated CDRL package in SAM is the notification.

2/3: More qestions posed. The solicitation due date remains Wed, Feb 8

6. Question - If these items are included in the SOW pricing, are we required to include pricing on these documents? I can break out the administration costs to complete these documents if required (still staying included in the pricing to complete this work).

Answer – All costs must be included within CLIN 0001. CLIN 0002 is not separately priced, but you are also not REQUIRED to include pricing on those documents. That is up to each individual Contractor. For assistance with any solicitation or other questions, Contractors may contact their local Procurement Technical Assistance Center - https://www.aptac-us.org/find-a-ptac/.

2/3: More questions were posed. The solicitation due date remains Wed, Feb 8.

3. Question - Requesting guidance for Contract Data Form.

Answer - Instruction page added to the package (normally on the back side of a physical sheet). Revised CDRL package added to the package. Two of the CDRLs (A001, A007) have been revised; two of the CDRLs (A003, A005) have been removed from the package, and DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION (DIDs) sheets have been added.

4. Question - Are there pictures of the machines?

Answer - Only the pictures that are already posted with the package (DISTRO A Photos) are available for the solicitation.

5. Is there any kind of report about the damaged machines? Are there current damaged components?

Answer - No report available. Damaged components unknown.

2/2: Amended to EXTEND solicitation due date and to address questions posed:

1. Question - Would spring loaded toggle switches be acceptable for the spring loaded buttons for the tool clamping and unclamping (page 9 of 36, section 5.8.2)?

Answer - Yes, spring loaded toggle switch is acceptable as a substitution for the two spring loaded buttons for tool clamping and unclamping

2. Question - Regarding the period of performance (POP), can this 12 months be extended as there are two machines to complete?

Answer - Extending the POP to over 12 months is not acceptable as the shop would like this work done ASAP.

3. REVISED CDRLs are forthcoming.

NOTE: Read all paperwork carefully for compliance and pay special attention to the NAICS Code being used. The NAICS Code must be listed in your SAM profile. Make sure there is a Point of Contact Name, Email, and Phone Number on your submittal.
