Indian Health Service is awarding a sole source contract for the Instrument Manager Software, maintenance, service, and training to Data Innovations (GSA Contract #GS-35F-389DA) to be used to upgrade current Instrument Manager Software systems for laboratories. It is critical for the continuity of care to have consistency at the same site. This is not a solicitation for proposals. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
