Additional Requirements: Must have the space to accommodate an agency-owned moveable garage unit that will be moved or must have warehouse/ garage on premises. At least 800 square feet of garage space is required for agency storage. Must have an adjoining parking lot to the building.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
