***THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION *** This is a presolicitation notice only in compliance with FAR part 5.2. We expect to publish a solicitation approximately 23 June 2023. BPA start date is expected to be sometime around 07 August 2023. No service is required. This is a supply BPA. (Military units will serve themselves)

The Indiana National Guard intendes to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a single award, pre-priced, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR 13.303 for (off site) catered meals at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center Butlerville, IN 47223. The period of performance for this BPA is 4 years. Approx meal count for FY 22 was 20,035 meals. Approx meal count for FY 21 was 46,745 meals.

The contractor shall manufacture bulk catered meals at own facility. Meal recipe and portion size shall be made to the specifications found at TM 10-412. No Government furnished equipment is available to vendor. Equipment incidental to the place of delivery, such as a walk in cooler, may be available with prior coordination with Contracting Officer Representative but is not guaranteed.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Vendors are responsible to ensure the representations, and certification in their SAM registration are accurate and current.
