You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center’s Semiconductor Chemicals combined synopsis/solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to provide the continuous daily operation of the Government’s laboratories located in Building 11 and Building 30-DDL by purchase of semiconductor or higher grades chemicalsThe mission of these labs is to research, develop and fabricate semiconductors devices, Microelectromechanical Systems structures, and to support other NASA related projects. Most chemicals needed will be, but not limited to, Solvents (i.e. Acetone, Isopropyl, Methanol, Ethanol, Toluene, 1165 RR, RR4, RD2,HMDS, etc.), various acids (i.e. HF, HCL, CH3COOH, HNO3, BOE 7;1, E6, H2SO4, etc.),various bases (i.e. NaHCO3, NaOH, H2O2, NH4OH, NH4F, MF312, MF319, AZ400K,TMAH, HMDS, etc.) several types of photoresists (i.e. SC1811, SC1827, AZ4330, AZ4620, AZ 10XT, mr-I T140 series, etc.), and thinners, developers, epoxies, and metal plating solutions.
This competitive acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FFP EPA) Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement with the ability to issue Firm-Fixed Price task orders. The contract will have an initial ordering period of 1 year from the contract effective date with four one-year options to exercise.
