East Hall and North 11 ^th Street Bridge Replacement

City of Show Low Project No. R-0922

The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the East Hall and North 11 ^th Street Bridge Replacement, City of Show Low Project No. R-0922. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to constructing a pre-cast box culvert, 400 LF of new curb, 3000 square feet of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, electrical conduit, irrigation sleeves, and new drainage infrastructure to facilitate the new bridge replacement. The work also includes replacing 110 LF of 8” sewer main and installing a new sewer manhole under the bridge section. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place along East Hall near the North 11 ^th Street intersection in Show Low Arizona.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Tuesday January 24 ^th , 2023, at 2:00 P.M., with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday January 5 ^th , 2023 at 2:15 P.M. at the City Hall, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked:
