Introduction / Overview: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified firm for the delivery and implementation of an interactive actuarial valuation software and services to conduct on-going analyses of the City’s Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) Police and Fire accounts using employee/member data maintained by the City and PSPRS. The product and reports generated by the product must be reviewed and supported by a credentialed actuary prior to delivery to the City.
